We believe that every Christian matures spiritually when they are able to speak into the lives of others.  Through elements of apprenticeship, mentorship, and leading small groups or specific church ministry groups, you will develop skills necessary to become multipliers for Jesus!  Along the way someone poured into you and helped your spiritual growth, and now you have the ability to positively impact the lives of others in the same way!

This limited Leadership Development track has monthly in person meetings and weekly online times.  There will be assigned readings and personal journaling to help you to be a healthy leader.  The book, Deep and Wide, by Andy Stanley is a prerequisite.
