Frequently Asked Questions

The adventure of discovering a new place is exciting.  Yet it can also be filled with questions and that uneasy feeling of not knowing what to expect.  Finding a place to call your spiritual home can involve those same feelings.

To help, let's address some questions that others have asked and that you might be wondering about yourself:

What is Warwick Assembly all about?

Warwick Assembly is a Holy Spirit-filled, Christ-centered church, that endeavors to create a space where people, no matter where they are in their journey, can come and experience the love, acceptance, and empowerment of God.  A place where life, faith and hope connect!

What is the main service like?

At the start of the service, the service host will greet you from the platform and then we will sing a few songs.  The lyrics will be presented a screen so you can join in or just follow along - totally up to you!  There will be a time for upcoming events and an opportunity for giving.   Pastor will bring an encouraging message from the Bible and then close out service with a warm greeting.  You can expect the service to last between 60 to 75 minutes.

Where do I park?

We have a parking lot, next to the church, available for you.  Street parking is also available.

Which door do I use?

Enter through the main door facing Second Street.  This will lead you into the auditorium, where our services meet.

When should I get there?

We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early, so you can grab a cup of coffee and a light snack.  The coffee is free and one of our gifts to you.  If you are running a bit late, no problem, life happens! We are thrilled that you choose to spend your time with us and look forward to seeing you when you get here.

What should I wear?

Well, that is up to you.  Some folks come in shorts and jeans, others a little bit more formal.  Those on the platform tend to wear casual shirts, jeans, and sneakers.

I have kids, do you have something for them?

Yes we do!  During service, kids ages 1 to 12 have their own groups.  We encourage you to plan time for registering you kids at a KidzKonnect kiosk inside the entrance to the church at Guest Services.  A Guest Service attendant will be able to assist you, if needed.

You are able to escort your children through the auditorium and up the steps to the left of the platform.  A Guest Service attendant is available to direct you.  The kids area begins receiving children 15 minutes prior to service.  Once service is over, you can pick up your child at the same place where they were dropped off. However, if your children are more comfortable staying with you in service, that is also welcomed.

We also have a nursery available for parents with young children that is furnished with a changing table and other amenities to make your time with us more comfortable.  Oh, and don't worry about missing anything - a TV is mounted that will livestream the service.
